From 1926 until the early 70s, US-66 stretched past the property, with its driveway, connected directly to the iconic highway. In or around 1971, the I-55 began construction in the area, consequently, a new driveway was built for the farm, connecting to E Divernon Rd, via Sullivan Rd (now Frontage Rd).

The property would remain this way for many years. But at some point between August and November 2008, all the structures on the farm were demolished. As of 2025, the property remains vacant.
