Station was owned by L A Herman. He ived north of Hoopeston on rt 1 at Iroquois County Rd. 100 N. It was run by Cliff Baldwin, Baer trailer court is in the background.
A Standard service station, 901 South Dixie Highway, Illinois State Route 1, Hoopeston, Illinois. The station is located in the southwest corner of Illinois State Route 1 and Illinois State Route 9. Today, this is a Subway sandwich shop, and the mobile home court is gone. View looks west-southwest.
