This is the 52 acre property of one of the area's finest athletes and local public servants Ron Bonham. As a Muncie Central HS, University of Cincinnati and NBA basketball player, his athletic accolades are too numerous to list here. For many years he was assistant Muncie park superintendent, largely in charge of nearby Prairie Creek Reservoir. He also served as a Delaware County Commissioner. He has developed an official wildlife habitat on his land which is in the northeast corner of the intersection at S Co Rd 700 E and E Co Rd 500 S. Philadelphia Church is located at the southeast corner of this intersection (see image #4)
