This home was built on part of the original farm belonging to Herbert and Lorena Evans. Jerry George, their grandson, and his wife Sue George bought a 10+ acre strip of land to build their new home along the north edge of the original farm in 1979. Sue and Jerry continue to live on the farm, although the house is larger now, and the trees are huge.
