The townsite of Max in section 32 of Lincoln Township. It sat near the railroad tracks south of 6051 320th St. A road lead to the townsite until 2014 when it was plowed up. The house was one of three of the original town. The two barns where built from lumber of the old elevator that sat to the right of the trees on the right side of the photo. The little building next to the house was the scale house for the elevator. The townsite was later demolished in the 1980's. Today only a few trees mark the site.
