My grandfather originally owned the service station in the photo, my Dad pumped gas there as a kid in the late 40's, and in 1963 we lived in the house on the bottom right when I was a newborn. This past weekend, Dad and I enjoyed a beer in the bar on the lower left while revisiting his boyhood home.

I did pump gas at the station my Dad owned. I rented the house in the corner. We had our oldest son there and moved in 1962. The mill above was owned by my brother and burned in the 90nd,
