This was the home of my grandparents, Arthur Carvel β€˜John Bull’ Duvall and Winona Melba β€˜Nona’ Sanders Meredith Duvall. My mother, Emadean Duvall Goins, grew up here. Mamaw Nona passed away December 5, 1989. Moma on January, 21, 2006. Papaw John March 25, 2007. I purchased this from Papaw’s estate in October, 2007 (I think). We remodeled it as we could afford to and now my cousin lives there and it’s a home again like it was always meant to be! I am soooo glad Greg and I bought it and kept it in the family!! We’re still working on it too. . .

This house started as a one(1) room shed basically and was added on to over the years. It was first a home in 1942 not long after Moma was born in Louisville. It is located on what was previously the Freddie Sanders and Emma Carroll Sanders farm on now Sanders Road
