This was the home of my grandparents, Arthur Carvel βJohn Bullβ Duvall and Winona Melba βNonaβ Sanders Meredith Duvall. My mother, Emadean Duvall Goins, grew up here. Mamaw Nona passed away December 5, 1989. Moma on January, 21, 2006. Papaw John March 25, 2007. I purchased this from Papawβs estate in October, 2007 (I think). We remodeled it as we could afford to and now my cousin lives there and itβs a home again like it was always meant to be! I am soooo glad Greg and I bought it and kept it in the family!! Weβre still working on it too. . .
This house started as a one(1) room shed basically and was added on to over the years. It was first a home in 1942 not long after Moma was born in Louisville. It is located on what was previously the Freddie Sanders and Emma Carroll Sanders farm on now Sanders Road
