This is Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church in Calvary, KY. The current church dates to 1897. The first church was completed in 1806 under the direction of Father Charles Nerinckx. Many of my ancestors were parishioners at Holy Name of Mary. My parents were married in the rectory of the church in 1962 as my mother is not Catholic and thus they could not be married in the church at that time.
