This building is known as 'The Golf Retreat' and is now one of the properties available for rent at the Poland Spring Resort, Poland Spring, Maine. This photo was taken from the south, looking north, with Route 26 running north/south along the left side of the picture.
The house looks much the same. It is still white, but with dark green trim. The attached shed has been removed.
