I believe that Buster and Edith Lord lived there, along with Trudy and Wellington Estey, later sold to Boyd Rockwell.

After Boyd Rockwell lived there it was owned by Kermit and Shirley Burpee until recently, I do not know the current owners name but they are doing a very nice job restoring the house back to its former glory , the House on the right was moved to the right and attached to the garage of the house next door the house on the left is now owned by Lionel and Eva Hamm and has been added on to

My father's parents Roy and Cora Branscombe ( my grand parents) rented this home at one time. As a young girl I have fond memories of visiting them in this lovely home.
