I wish I could read the sign...I think this building was built as a Dodge dealership in the early 60's...Mel Moir? In any case I think it only lasted a couple years. From the late 60s to mid 70s it was Nickerson Chrysler-Plymouth...then Crawford Chrysler-Plymouth to about 1979 then it was sold and the next owner went broke. The DMV was there but moved out...there have been several restaurants but none have lasted.
