I live here now

The big barn and potato house is gone The driveway on the right has been filled in and is all grass. The driveway on the left has been extended the trees cleared out We have a very large lawn with a tree lined drive. The house has been completely redone but still has the look of the old house. The strange thing about this house is that when I was young my aunt on my mothers side owned. Years later my uncle on my fathers side farmed it and then years after that I meet my husband married him and have lived here for the last 34 years so at 63 this house has been a part of my life for the past 48 years. Not only that but years ago some people stopped and wanted to see the and told us all about their grandparents who lived here shortly after it was built.

In the 40’s to the early 60’s this property was The Albert Bouchard Family Farm.I remember that Mr Bouchard raised Turkeys there out in open pens. In the late 60’s the property was purchased by The Fred & Mona Gahagen Family. After Fred passed the property was purchased by Lionel Theriault Jr. I think the property has been in that Family ever since.
