This is my grandfathers house

This was my grandfathers home (Eddie Levasseur) which was built in 1946 and then turned over to his son Rene O. Levasseur who continued the farming operation until 1987. As of today 2015, the Home of Rene and Rachel still stands but the potato house and barn have been taken down. A brand new steel Quonset potato house was built in 1977 to replace the old potato storage building that was torn down, which you can't see in the picture. The homestead farm is still owned by the Levasseur family.
