An icon of the town lived here and raised a beautiful family . Mr and Mrs Ernest Chasse.

The Homestead is now owned by Ernest Chasse's Daughter and her husband. Mrs. Chasse (Geraldine) still lives there at the age of 93 years old. The barn's on either side of the house no longer stand.
