Approximately 227 China Road/ME-137 BUS, Winslow, ME. the building in the foreground has been heavily changed; only the door and three windows farthest to the right still exist, with everything to the left of the garage door having been filled in. A new 2 bay commercial garage and a second building have been built in the front of the building, connecting to the left of the garage door. A small addition also sits at the top of the building today. The barn building in the rear still exists as well, but has been added on to, with a garage also built onto the front of this building.

The main structure is home to Spectrum's local operations center in modern day.
