20 Welch Point Road, Winthrop, ME. Home looks much the same, though the shutters have been removed and many of the trees in front were cut down and recently replanted. The area between the house and the East Winthrop Cemetery is much more overgrown today.

Intersection of Turtle Run Road and Island Park Road, Winthrop, ME. As VJD mentioned by the 2010s the property had been transformed from a restaurant into a taxidermy business. Pictures from 2007-2016 show the property much as it is seen here - the side porch, main building, enclosed porch at the front left, and the enclosed ell to the far left all remained similar to as seen here. The front porch/covered area had since been enclosed, but was the only major change to the property. Between 2016 and 2018 the property was sold, and renovations began; the covered area in front was removed, as was the enclosed porch and side ell at the left of the home. The enclosed porch at the far right was renovated, and a large addition was built at the left side of the building. Eventually this property would open as the new White Duck restaurant, which has remained there since.

2549 US-202, Winthrop, ME. Now has modern siding and replacement windows, but otherwise looks much the same. The garage to the right has had a low-pitch roof addition added to the side closes to the main road (US-202)

2555 US-202, Winthrop, ME. House looks much the same, though two large bushes in the front now obscure the view of the property itself. A line of trees have also grown near the corner of the property where North Shore Lane (left of this photo) passes along the edge of the property. The dividing line between this property and the next one has also grown into a thick stand.

As others have said, this is the modern-day Augusta Country Club, located at 19 Hammonds Grove (intersection of Hammonds Grove and US-202) in Manchester, ME. The main structure, a part of the R. Brainard estate, looks much the same today. The Lot across Hammond Grove is still used for parking, though the area behind the clubhouse is no longer used for this purpose. The courts to the right are still there, and the building in the rear has been expanded significantly over the years.

As other have said, Hopkin's Greenhouses, now Hopkins Flowers, 1050 Western Avenue, Manchester, ME, is at the center. To the left is the modern day :Manchester Meats" restaurant, and the home to the right is still standing. The greenhouses are gone, with that area now serving as paved customer parking. The home now has a fenced in area to the left, when the vehicles are parked in this image. The main structures look much the same,

52 Falls Road, Benton, ME. This home is tucked away a good distance from the road and up a slightly sloping hill. This property has had several changes throughout the years. The leftmost portion of the house (the two-story section) has changed little, and looks much the same today sans for new 1-over-1 windows. The open-air front porch was enclosed at some point prior to 2011, with large sliding glass doors now where the porch columns once were. Many outbuildings have come and gone during the last 6 decades, which represent some of the largest changes. The large barn here is gone, but based on other barns currently on the property may have been partially reused. Where the frontmost part of this barn was there is now a smaller barn building, with side gables instead of front and rear. The small buildings behind the barn have since been replaced, with a dirt path now leading to a trio at the rear of the property. The retaining pond to the side of the barn has most dried up by this point. The outbuilding behind the house is also gone, replaced with a smaller shed today.

32 Falls Road, Benton, ME. Most, if not all, buildings and structures seen here still stand today, though the home has fallen into disrepair over the last few years. the home, its ells, sheds, barns, and the silo are all still there, having changed very little over the last 60 years. All roofing was updated to metal roofing, and the property was completely repainted in white at some point prior to 2011. A large somewhat L-shaped barn was constructed to the right of where the silo is, and another, much smaller rectangular barn was constructed behind the house and its ells, near the overgrown field towards the top of the picture. The very small shed on that side of the home is the only noticeable building that is missing today. As mentioned, over the last 5 years the home has slowly declined as maintenance has been deferred. As of the summer of 2025 the property was generally overgrown. The house is now somewhat hard to see from the road as shrubs have grown, and the trees seen in front have matured into large fixtures.

32 Pines Road, Benton, ME. The large barn at the rear here has since been demolished, and replaced with a more squat 1.5 story barn. The area with multiple trucks and buses is still a parking area, but few other changes noted. The land to the nearest side of the home is much more wooded today.
