This is the Libby Farm in Charleston. It still has a Libby family in it. School road Charleston Maine.

This House has been in the Libby family since the 1930's. It was originally a one story house. It took the family about a year to add on the second story. All the Oak for the wood work was cut from the property and hauled by horse over Bull hill to Dover to be milled. In its life it has been a small dairy, Five Elms Tourist Home, (the sign is still up in the attic) and a potato farm. The Elm trees are gone replaced by two maple trees and the small barn section is gone but the rest is still there.

hey Yoland, did you notice the horses in the pasture in the picture?!

White Tail golf course slightly west of the house.
