I believe this is the county depot yard near Jerusalem that is called “the beauty spot”

The large white building was a Rosenwald school building in its earlier days. Julius Rosenwald, a wealthy philanthropist, contributed thousands of these buildings that were used as school buildings for black children during the time of segregation. This one was known as the Poolesville Colored School.
