Another view Revere Motel Farmington Township Michigan
Farmington Township became the City of Farmington Hills in 1973.
The Revere Motel was a landmark for anyone that grew up in the area in the 50's and 60's. The motel sat on the northeast corner of Grand River and Haggerty. It was demolished sometime in the mid-80's as the area was being developed. There is new building that houses Big Ray's Quick Lube on the site of the motel, and a Shell station just west of it (in the field area above).
39200 Grand River Ave, Farmington Hills, MI 48335
The fuschia-red colored neon on the sign was memorable.
