We bought house in 1990, and purchased a Picture in 1997. and still reside there. an addition clean up and just landscaping a couple roofs and much needed total gut and updates have been done plumbing, electrical, drywall flooring, stairs and roofs! still have some things to do but much more livable!!!!!!!! :)
