South side of Webb Drive just west of Hix. This building was one of the first built in the industrial park in the 1970's and has been home to only one tenant, Northfield Manufacturing (foundry) which was established in 1975.
Of note: at the back southeast corner of the property (top left of photo) you can see construction of Sportway Amusement Park underway (on Ford Road), it opened this same year in 1985.
