This is Mooreland, the summer residence that George and Ora Moore built out away from their house in Jackson. George was a gentleman farmer. Behind the main house was the carriage house/garage and in the foreground was the gatekeeper's house, used as an office. Beautiful old prairie style house. It was purchased and used as a bed and breakfast/inn for a while. Now a family owns it and lives there.
