We bought the property in 1989, when we bought it the barn had collapsed, the previous owner filled in the pump house and half the home was burned down. During a fire in 1992 the remainder of the out building burned to the ground, what was left of the house, was converted into a taxidermy business and in 2010 it was closed and the building taken down, a 32x40 garage now stands in its place, a tear drop drove was put in and our home was put in. We are still living on the property with a lot of the south land cleared and mowable. This would be a nice picture to own, 40 acres of pines now cover most of the land as well as the oaks have grown.
