Vernon Arnold quarter section south of dads quarter. Entire farm has been developed into residential as was dads place.

Address: 4961 Park Drive, Monticello, MN.
The house is still there! While the farm was developed (1990s), and the buildings removed, the house remains and is now on a small lot with houses surrounding it.
The house was built in 1930. An addition was added to the back of the house.
The house's driveway is now on the opposite side of the house.
