2020- New (hopefully long-term) ownership of this beautiful 1900 house and 5 acre hobby farm.
This house holds 120 years of stories, and I hope to be lucky enough to hear some of them.

There are now 4 buildings on the property besides the house. One small pig shed on the far northeast side of the property, one large animal/storage barn nearby. One very small building attached to an old corn crib, which is a chicken coop and run. On the northwest side of the property is a polebarn/garage.

The outbuildings shown on this picture from 1985 are no longer standing.

The house still maintains much of the character of a bygone era, though many tasteful updates and improvements have been made.

The south facing front porch is enclosed now, which catches the sun and warms that room nicely. It's a great place for kids to come in and take off muddy boots and coats and such. My dog likes laying in the sunshine on cool days.
I believe there was an addition to the north side of the house, though I don't know when. Long before we got here.
Previous owners informed me that the fencing on the west side of the property was made by them--the posts having been made from telephone poles.
That's about the extent of my knowledge at present. If you know more, please don't hesitate to contact me.
