Every building visible here is gone. Gingerich Durable Foundations (David Gingerich) is currently located to the left of Finn Drive, & Locust Creek Mennonite Church is on the right, next to Hwy. P.
According to Mrs. Sylvan Miller's records, the round barn was torn down on April 15, 1980.
I lived here as a kid when this picture was taken. Remember when they tore the barn down, I was worried about where all the pigeons would live.
My mom, Bonnie Cokerham, was born in the home of the round barn. She was almost born in the barn. She was born November 1934.
