This is the place, Dad started with the smaller shop on the left, below, in front of the massive trout springs behind it, it was awesome. When Jerry (renter of the house) broke his lease with Mr. Fish (owner), my dad was asked to take over the big building and sell off the antique car parts, and open a store there, which he did and WOW was he busy, used to be several vehicles there (1960s at newest) that Dad got running, a cab over with a column shift, they were still there (not for sale) when Dad left about 1983. Mr. Fish was in his 80s and lived in Mexico, so I do imagine it was sold soon after 1983.
