I recall this being a restaurant. We'd stop by and eat lunch after church
I ate lunch at Irene's in the early 1980's whenever I had work between Farley and Beverly. The buildings have fallen into disrepair with large holes in the roof and I expect they will be torn down in the near future.
I believe that's troys truck with the camper!
This was the post office and general store for East Leavenworth, run by Leo Dowling. The left part of the store building is where the family lived. After the post office was closed and the Dowling's retired, Troy and Irene McClanahan would move their cafe from Farley, MO to this location. After the business closed, that family moved to south MO and the building sat vacant for many years. New owners determined the buildings were beyond repair and all the buildings were razed.
