I grew up at McPike Bros. Store. The different things I see. The feed truck is missing, therefore this is an afternoon picture as Mac (my dad) was out on one of the routes or in Quincy picking up supplies. The bread box is sitting on the porch of the store, which finally fell apart many years later. My bicycle is laying by the sign at the road signs. You can still see the outhouse abd fire pit for Emden Christian Church. The store had moved up though as the MFA gas pump has been installed. Many great memories at that store, thanks for posting the picture
