This is the Union Chapel by the Sea non-denominational Christian church at 5501 Asbury Ave.
In August of 2022 it was announced that the property has been sold and will developed into home. A quote from the Press of Atlantic City (Aug 23, 2022):
Pastor Tim Bromhead said it was a very difficult decision to sell the Union Chapel by the Sea at 55th Street in Ocean City for development. The sale will fund moving the church to a new facility in the Marmora section of Upper Township.
