I'm very confident this is the original ramp at Alexandria Airport (N85). The aircraft pictured is a gorgeous 1959 Piper Comanche, and still looks to be in beautiful shape according to recent pictures online. I believe this area is the original fuel pump location at the field, just on the oval patch of grass that still remains to this day. The aircraft is parked at what is now the entrance to a private taxiway.
