I’m so sorry but I don’t know where to begin.

I’m trying to find the farm my Mother grew up on on East Branch Road right outside of Walton, NY.
In the 1940’s. Her Father was John S Wilson.
Do you know who or where I can turn to for this information? I’d appreciate it.
