My wife & I bought this farm house/barn that was built in 1859. It’s called Pagoda Hill Farm. The original owner, a civil engineer, went to China to work on canals. He met a Chinese women, they had a child, the women passed away and he brought he child back to Baldwinsville, NY. The child, Neenah, would sit on the porch across from the barn and would get homesick. The father painted a large Chinese pagoda on the side of the barn. The house was in a fire on December 23rd, 2018 and has been empty until we bought it on December 24th, 2019. It’s currently undergoing a total renovation.
