This is Camp Hollis, Oswego County's children's camp since 1946. It used to be a "health camp" from 1928 – 1940 where youngsters from economically and distressed homes spent six weeks and returned home with a better chance to hopefully avoid or be cured of tuberculoses, then a dreaded disease. That is why the name of the road is "Health Camp Road".
