I grew up in this house. This is the George and Mertie Holloman home place built over 100 years ago. There are no trees on the property and the old tobacco barn burned down.

It was my Grandmother and Grandfather's George and Mertie Holloman home I lived with them off and on and worked on the farm during my teenage years.

Karen do you have a connection to the Holloman's? Theresa how long has this home been in your family? Did the rest of your family get a chance to view this photo?

I need to correct the spelling of Myrtie Holloman. Yes I have connections to the Holloman family. My grandfather grew up in this home and lives there now.

I lived in that home for 28 years with my grandparents, who raised my sister and I. I know every inch, every smell and every wonderful Holloman that grew up there. Many family reunions were held there, where every Holloman,sister and brothers gathered with their kids and grandchildren. We have a very large family and I am so proud to be apart of it. I love them all, with all my heart.
