My wife grew up in this house. Her parents were Hoyet & Leona Wallace. Since then the house has been destroyed and woods are thick where the house stood. At least one of the barns is still there. I think the house was build prior to 1940
Lewis how long was this home in your family? Was it an active farm?
I donΓ’Βt know how long and yes they farm tobacco and cotton for many years
It was property of William Haywood Woodard originally before my time
