Spivey Farmhouse, Cove Rd. (off of New Hope Rd.) Abandoned in 1994 upon the death of its owner, Robert "Bob" Spivey, preceded in death by his wife Edith Spivey. The pair had no children and relatives decided the house was not worthy of restoration. And there it still stands relatively untouched, though turning green and slowly tilting. https://flic.kr/p/BES3oQ
