The Ayers Farm in Rowland, NC. We bought this old farm house last year.
Bob was this an active farm? Do you still farm on it today? If you know the current address for this photo, I would be happy to update the location on the map!
The farm was a very active farm owned by the Ayers Family. After Carl Ayers died it ceased being an active farm and much of the surrounding land was sold to another farmer and the land is still farmed. The actual address is 570 Ayers Rd, Rowland, NC The house sat vacant for almost 20 years until we bought it in 2016.
