I grew up here! My mother sold it after my father's death in 1987. It has not been taken care of and most of the out buildings are gone....It is rumored that Platt R. Spencer lived here at one time.
I see one of our horses standing near the barn. Wonder which car that is?
I too grew up here and have some great memories of corncob fights, hiding in the apple orchards and playing Spud, Kick the Can and Ghost in the Graveyard with the neighbors all summer long! It saddens me to see it now :(
