Sam Niehoff home. He was Talawanda School District bus mechanic. Buses were stored during the summer on his property while he performed routine summer servicing for inspection prior to school starting in the fall. Today the school buses are serviced in a building off Chestnut Street owned by the district and work is done by the third generation bus mechanic, David Niehoff.
