This house collapsed during a remodel project April 14, 2015. Due to the age of the brick and the damage to the remaining brick structure, we decided to tear it down and build new. We have owned this property for 20 years. The brick was quite soft as the story is that it was made on site. The brick was very powdery and was coming off with no mortar attached. It was a difficult decision.
