Not every house has an old fighter jet in it's front yard!
Looking more closely at the building, it appears that it isn't a house as it doesn't have a garage but instead looks like there is a parking lot to the right of the building and in front of the building is a flag pole. When combined with the jet in the lawn, it makes me believe that this site is related a VFW, American Legion or some other military service group...
