West Side School in Moorefield Township.
While the "1900" build date in property records isn't very useful [1900 is a common placeholder], this school doesn't appear in the 1894 Clark County atlas, and the architecture seems appropriate for the early 1900s.
It seemed to replace 3 or so local schoolhouses, and it was apparently K-6, with upper grades going to New Moorefield School. After Northeastern High School opened in 1952, the former high schools became middle/elementary buildings. Northridge School was constructed in 1960-61, and West Side School eventually became a kindergarten only [1960s maps refer to it as "Northridge School" to indicate its satellite status].
Rolling Hills Elementary was constructed in the 1970s, and it seems that this building was decommissioned around then.
Today it's an office building, with a large factory/storage building not far behind it.
