The dual railroad tracks in the background are a pretty good clue to the location within the county; I believe only the tracks across the northern part of the county from was the Big 4 RR from Versailles to Union City and the Pennsylvania RR from Bradford to Union City. The were two railroads that ran next to each other in the prairie just south of Greenville however the terrain in this photo doesn't look like the prairie.
