The Carry Out. The billboard is for Brinkman's farm market and camping 8 miles ahead. The smaller sign across the road is for a motel ahead, something like "Bon Air". The building is still there on Rt 68 across from Road 14.
In 1971 this was listed as Ludwig's Night Club & Restaurant.
