We lived there from 1974-1992. Larry and Jan Smith and our children, Denny, Colleen, and Jodi. The garage has been replaced and there is an addition to the south side of the house. My Grandpa, Charlie Roeder helped build the house. I believe it was owned by the Smithleys and after that, Adolph and Cora Stein. We bought it from the Stein's estate.
