This farm was purchased by Charles Stueber in 1884. He and his wife lived there until his death in the early 1900's. He was my great great great Uncle. His nephew, my great grandpa Charles Ruess purchased the farm a couple years later. He and great grandma lived thereuntil their deaths. Their youngest son, Charles farmed the land until he retired. My father then farmed it until his death. I currently own and farm it. The only building standing is the old grainary in the center of the photo.
