Vermilion Rd at the south side of the Ohio Turnpike, Brownhelm. The house on the far side is still there, but Peach Blossom Lane heads east just to the left of the house. The dirt lane is also the path of Peach Blossom Lane today.

See photo 14-QLO-28 for the houses on the dirt lane when it is Peach Blossom Lane in 1992. See photo 14-QLO-20 for the houses that took the place of the peach orchard.

The Paul Meyer Farm, east side of Vermilion Road. Next to the barns across the road is the old Portman Road, now Peach Blossom Lane. Renamed after the Ohio Turnpike rerouted Portman a little north of the new overpass. The turnpike severed the Meyer Farm in half, taking prime farm ground. The large hill north of the turnpike overpass on Vermilion Road is still known today as Meyers Hill. The Farm has been sectioned off into several parcels of land with many houses built since.
