The original water filtration plant for Wellington on Pitts Rd north of Jones Rd. A nicely designed building built in 1915 but already seems to be in the Art Deco style. It was torn down long ago, before the 1990s. That section of the Lower Reservoir north of Jones Rd is not even there anymore. By the 1990s it was just a muddy channel, and trees had taken over by 2000. Curiously Google maps thinks it is still there in the map view, and shows the present day filtration plant out in the middle of the lake.
