Farm owned by Wayne C Eaton on the east side of Quarry Rd south of Griggs Rd, Rochester. Purchased in 1916 the farm originally had 102 acres but was enlarged to 212 acres. The Eaton family owned 3 farms on Quarry Rd at this time. It looks like all the outbuildings have been replaced today.

Featured in the Wellington Enterprise as a "Mystery Farm" on June 5, 1957. This series of articles had a brief history and an aerial photo of each farm.
